Hello, I'm Bethan Cartwright and by working together, with the right balance of challenge and support I can help you be the best version of you.

Through deep reflection and challenging questions I can help you make sense of all work related situations, find solutions, make decisions and plan for action that will ultimately lead to the achievement of your goals. I will support your development as a leader of people, help you get the most out of your team, manage your own stresses and anxieties and allow for your continual personal growth. ​

About me
I'm a Level 7 accredited Executive Coach and Supervisor of Coaches as well as a Level 5 accredited Team Coach. I am also an EMCC Accredited Coach (EIA) at Senior Practitioner level, an EMCC Accredited Coach Supervisor (ESIA) and an EMCC Accredited Team Coach (ITCA). I have worked with individuals and teams to become more effective leaders in order to secure the success of their organisations.

My commitment to meeting my client's needs through providing exceptional coaching, training and supervision alongside incomparable continued support keep leaders coming back again and again.

Having more than 25 years of leadership experience within the education sector, which includes Headteacher at a large 11-18 comprehensive school, I have a passion for learning and facilitating growth in others allowing them to be the best version of themselves. As human beings we have been programmed to want to learn. I believe that performance can’t be sustained without learning and as I coach you to reach new heights, the nature of the process also enhances enjoyment and happiness.
As a firm believer in life-long learning I am driven to achieve my own personal best as well as the development and success of others. ​I possess excellent interpersonal skills and I am able to form effective relationships with leaders at all levels. I can also communicate and provide sessions fluently through the medium of both Welsh and English .
